Spelling Bees. DX

I woke up with an upset stomach totally not wanting to go to school. Next thing I know, I'm sitting in chair number 8 on the stage, my stomach empty except for a few swigs of water. I felt like I was gonna barf. It came to be my turn, and I got laundry (phew). When the round was over, the bell rang to get out of class. People started pouring out of the Multipurpose Room to their classes. All of a sudden:

Literally. Right when all of the audience was gone, I vomited. Usually I'm like super calm during these things. But for some reason, I was extra nervous this time. Well, luckily I had a water bottle under my chair, but unluckily there was too much water in it. Soooo there goes the vomit on the floor. Thank goodness nobody was next to me! It would've probly gotten on their shoe. Some kid saw me and told the stage director. I zoomed into the bathroom to freshen up.

I came back to see a whole new group of kids in the audience. Thank God I didn't embarrass myself in front of all of them!!! Round two flew by and so did round three (for me) but towards the end of it the words were getting harder. So by the time it was round four, I got anenome and spelled it "anemony". The next kid got curtain. I mean COME ON!?!?!

So after I got that hard word and got out, there were simple words that a fourth grader should know. I was so ticked!! So the person who won won because of easy words. I really don't think that pronouncer knew what he was doing.

So yeah. I lost because of a rigged list. I somehow got 6th out of 45... This was probably the worst on-stage experience for me. What about you? Do you like Spelling Bees? Have you actually made it through this long story without getting bored? XD

Mmm.. That stinks. I really don't like the lime light.

No... it means "idiot" in japanese... i think... (Well, yeah baka means something bad...)

Sorry what? I don't like 'em either! I won this class thing so I was kinda forced to do the school-wide Spelling Bee..

Class Bee? That's what my school did... if i had won.. the school... the state... then I can see you, possibly, on that national bee? (I think they do. Durr Hurr Hurr, i dunno.)
